SHIPPING policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.shishwest.com.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

For orders to China, Taiwan and Macau, we will arrange domestic shipment by SF Speedy Express.

For orders in Hong Kong, we can arrange local shipment by SF Express, Gogox or Lalamove.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days once products are available from stock inventory and upon receiving the full payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping Policy
 

We currently do ship Internationally over 200 countries and areas including Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, etc. by SF Standard Express or SF Economic Express.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days once products are available from stock inventory and upon receiving the full payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order for shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone used on the original order.

Shipment Method

SF Express, Gogox or Lalamove in Hong Kong, Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days from pickup.

SF Speedy Express to China, Taiwan and Macau Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from pickup.

SF Standard Express to International, Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from pickup.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur once in the hands of a shipper. Shishawest is not responsible for any delays once an order is transferred to a shipper.

 

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of SF Express pick up.

Damages

Shishsawest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials, photograph damage to packaging and products in question before filing a claim with carrier. Claims should be processed via the carrier’s website under their instruction.
